Racks That Are Suitable For Everything
A total of eight years has gone into the development of this product of a new type of racking system that has been created to be both more efficient and durable. The time spent into this product has made it a reliable system of racks, but more so, it has catapulted the company, Palian, to being a market leader.
The so called green approach that was taken into making this product has an economic impact as well as a business savvy edge. Manufacturing was changed to create these racking systems all while saving time, energy, labor, and waste.
To insure safety, these racks must be assembled and manufactured correctly. These are no book shelves, they are used to holding up significant weights, which may collapse on people creating a liability. The revision in production has made creating this product cheaper, while also rendering a safer product. While construction was under scrutiny, the idea came about that these beams should be seamless and held together via bolts, instead of traditional welding, which costs more, and is not as stable, or replaceable.
There are only three steps in creating the Racklock racking system. The cutting of the sectioned beams and the seamless rolling of the sections is the first step. Then the ends need to be rolled out so they can be forged and punched into connectors, which makes welding unnecessary. The last and final step involves coating all the beams with epoxy powder. Forging the ends into connectors means that no welding is necessary because the ends are held together by bolts.
The bolts are a great component because they make the shelves more versatile because the beams may be disassembled at any time. Also the bolts insure less part replacement if damage is done to the products.
These racks can also be used to make mezzanine floors, or multi-level shelving units. These sleet supported structures can be made to accommodate your specific shelving needs. This is a great structure because it allows you to get and use double the shelving while only using half the space. The designs are also bolted like the normal shelving unit, so no specific shelving layouts are permanent.
Multi-level shelving is also available through the Racklock system. Mezzanine floors are great because they function just like the other shelving units with the bolt system allowing for easy break down and build up. The sleet supported shelving structures can be completely customized to fit your particular needs. These would be a great investment because you get double the storage while only using the space of one shelving unit.
Racklock made by Palian is one of the leading shelving units around. The versatility of this unit make it unique and unlike any other. This unit can be used as normal shelves, mezzanine floors, racking, boltless and bolted shelves. The closest competitor priced their system at fifteen percent more than Palian because of the way they are produced. The durability and efficiency of this product is what makes Racklock one of the leaders in shelving units.

Frequently Asked Questions...
Bolt in seat replacement for my 2000 S-10?
My 2000 S-10 work truck, regular cab, has a bench seat. I'd like to replace it with a more comfortable one. Will a 60/40 seat from an SL or SLS model bolt in?
Will a seat from a Blazer or GMC Sonoma or Canyon bolt in?
Is there any place on the internet that lists parts interchanges for Chevy trucks? Local junkyard can't help. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you.
Answer:
1994 and later S-series seat will bolt in with minor mods
the junkyards can tell you interchange on the exact seats that will fit and those wil be only from this exact truck
anything else will require some degree or level of modifications
