hi! 22 yr old male here, 5 foot 7 inch height and 65 kg weight
19% body fat
12 kg body fat
52 kg lean mass like muscle, bones etc
what weights shud i lift and what type of exercise to do inorder to bulk up? do i need to consume whey protein???
Answer:
You should first get Your diet in order. Keep a good balance. Supplement with Whey Protien before and after Your workout. Casien Protien before bed, and at breakfast. Workout with a moderate weight, and high volume, until You get used to the routine. ( 2-3 weeks) Then start hitting the heavy weights. Mix in heavy sets/low reps, with moderate weight/high reps. Go for a high intensity workout! Supplement with Creatine Monohydrate. Get Your strength up. The next cycle, You will be stronger. Add weight. Repeat.
