Why is my chicken etouffee icky?
i made chicken etouffee before
nd it came out great. it was delish.
i made the roux from flour nd butter like most people do
nd this time i did it the same way nd its way too gooey.
i dont get it.
i even added more chicken broth to thin it out but its still really thick.
its not TOO thick but its just not the right consistency.
how do i fix it?
